A developer email was sent by Nuance today indicating that the “GA” (General Availability) version of Apple’s iOS 7 may be officially released on September 10. The news has apparently generated some excitement around the tech community, although sources like The Next Web and Technews are careful to note that the voice recognition company could be referring to the “GM” (Final developer’s build) rather than “GA” version of iOS 7. Matthew Panzarino, a notable tech observer, shared a similar viewpoint on his twitter page, suggesting that the consumer ready version of iOS7 won’t be available until at least September 18, when the iPhone 5S and 5C are expected to ship.
