More iPad 5 pictures surface ahead of the Rumored October Announcement

More pictures of the much anticipated iPad 5 has been released by Australian blogger, Sonny Dickson, this time showing a clearer view of what Apple’s new tablet(s) will look like. Some of the highlight–as well as more revealing– photos has been reproduced below:





As was the case with the previous rounds of leaked pictures (many of which came from Dickson himself), a lot of the photos above re-affirm what has already been said about the new iPad device, which is that it would feature thinner bezels (like the iPad mini’s), a slightly smaller, lighter body, and a color choice of space gray, gold, and silver.

Sonny Dickson, among various analysts, also noted that the iPad refresh will feature a 64-bit A7 chip, M7 sensor component, touch ID, and a much improved camera (8MP).

Both the 5th generation iPad and iPad mini 2 are expected to be announced in a special Apple media event on October 22nd. Mavericks OS X, along with the new Mac pro, are expected to make an appearance as well.
