Marvell last week announced that its ARMADA Mobile PXA1088LTE (also known as PXA1920) and PXA1801 completed the Verizon Wireless Chipset Certification Process for 4G LTE data devices. The high performance, award winning, 5-mode ARMADA Mobile PXA1088LTE single-chip System-on-Chip (SoC) and PXA1801 modem have been verified and now are acceptable for use on the Verizon’s 4G LTE network, continuing the chip sets wide adoption by top mobile operators worldwide. Both chipsets currently are shipping globally.
Earlier this year, the Marvell PXA1088LTE received the prestigious 2014 Global TD-LTE Initiative’s (GTI) Innovation Award from the global mobile operators and partners.
